Amid the volcano’s activity, the agency reiterated its warning to the public not to enter the 6-kilometer Permanent Danger Zone, stressing that no one should be inside the area.

While residents are being urged to remain cautious, PHIVOLCS clarified that evacuation is not yet necessary for communities located outside the designated danger zone.
