Justin Baldoni flaunts smiles at Disneyland after judge throws out shocking $400M lawsuit against Blake Lively

Justin Baldoni is smiling through the fallout. The “Jane the Virgin” actor was spotted over the weekend at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California, just weeks after a federal judge dismissed his jaw-dropping $400 million countersuit against Blake Lively.

Fans captured Baldoni waving and grinning, walking through crowds while taking selfies and chatting with visitors. Onlookers described him as cheerful and relaxed, despite the recent legal blow that rocked headlines.

Videos shared across TikTok and Instagram painted a sharp contrast to his ongoing legal feud with his former co-star. One fan even described him as a sweet guy while showing off selfies with the embattled actor-director.

Blake Lively lawsuit battle continues despite dismissal

The Disneyland outing follows the June ruling by Judge Lewis J. Liman, who dismissed Baldoni’s countersuit in full. His legal team had sued Lively for $400 million, alleging defamation, emotional distress, and intentional sabotage following her own lawsuit against him for sexual harassment, emotional harm, and lost wages.

Lively’s team celebrated the dismissal as a total victory, calling the $400 million claim frivolous and meritless. Her spokesperson stated the case exposed Baldoni’s alleged smear tactics and attempts to silence her post-production concerns on the set of “It Ends With Us.”

Despite the setback, Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman insisted the ruling had no bearing on the truth. He emphasized that no harassment or smear campaign occurred and claimed their defense remains firm and focused.

Insiders say feud made filming unbearable

Rumors of tension between Baldoni and Lively surfaced in 2024, as promotional duties for “It Ends With Us” appeared noticeably divided. Sources close to the production alleged that the cast felt uncomfortable working with Baldoni, accusing him of creating a difficult environment.

One insider revealed that Lively was forced to file a formal complaint after the situation became emotionally draining. According to court filings, she claimed Baldoni hired a crisis PR firm to manage the fallout and damage her reputation publicly.

Baldoni’s now-dismissed countersuit accused Lively of attempting to control the script, costume design, and narrative direction of the film. He also alleged she manipulated behind-the-scenes decisions through her influence and friendships, including her connection to Taylor Swift.

Though Swift was initially subpoenaed in the lawsuit, that request was later withdrawn.

In a separate blow, Baldoni had also filed a $250 million libel case against the New York Times for publishing a report based largely on Lively’s version of events. That case was dismissed as well.

A federal trial over Lively’s original lawsuit is scheduled for March 9, 2026. As both stars maintain their innocence and deny the other’s claims, the drama shows no signs of slowing down.

And judging by his recent theme park detour, Baldoni might not be feeling the pressure — yet.
