Matud ni Usman Aragasi, MSU-GenSan chancellor kini ilawom sa Republic Act 10931 o the “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act,”.
Gidungagan ang pondo niini pinaagi nakalabay’ng tuig nga General Appropriations Act (GAA). Samtang sa pag-abli sa tulunghaan, dunay 27 ka pioneer students apan ang ikaduhang batch karon ang naan a sa 70 ka estudyante.
“Our parents and families much more on the Indigenous People we give them an access to study medicine without going to Cebu, Manila and Davao City and one thing good is that once a student has been accepted o admitted in the college of medicine one hundred percent will be free because they are covered by the government scholarship,” asoy ni Aragasi.
