The Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) is preparing for nationwide protests to oppose the impeachment complaints filed against Vice President Sara Duterte, according to a report on NET25’s “Sa Ganang Mamamayan.”
During the December 4 broadcast, host Gen Subardiaga revealed that INC chapters across the country are organizing large gatherings in response to the controversy.
The move aligns with President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s statement, dismissing the impeachment complaints as unnecessary and counterproductive.
President Marcos previously stated that pursuing impeachment was a waste of time, calling instead for focus on national priorities.
