Ideneklara ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang November 2, December 24, at December 31, 2022 bilang working days o special working days, na ikalawang sunod na taon na ito ay hindi ideneklara bilang public holidays.
Sa proklamasyon ni Duterte 10 ang regular holidays at anim ang special non-working days.
Mula sa 10 regular holidays, lima dito ay nagkataon sa weekends, habang dalawa mula sa anim na special non-regular holidays
Ang regular holidays ay kinabibilangan ng New Year’s Day sa January 1; Araw ng Kagitingan, April 9; Huwebes Santo, April 14; Biyernes Santo, April 15; Labor Day, May 1; Independence Day, June 12; National Heroes Day, August 30; Bonifacio Day, November 20; Christmas Day, December 25 at Rizal Day, December 30.

Ang special non-working days naman ay kinabibilangan ng Chinese New Year, sa February 1;
EDSA People Power Revolution Anniversary, February 25; Black Saturday, April 16; Ninoy Aquino Day, August 21; All Saints’ Day, November 1 at Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary, December 8. //MHEL PACIA-TRINIDAD
