Chilling photos from Diddy’s mansion show drugs, guns, and ‘freak off’ sex rooms, prosecutors claim control tactics used

Shocking new evidence has surfaced in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing federal trial, with prosecutors releasing graphic images from a raid on his Los Angeles mansion that allegedly expose a disturbing pattern of abuse, coercion, and control.

According to court documents and TMZ reports, Homeland Security agents uncovered drugs, firearms, and an elaborate setup for multi-day sex parties during their March raid of Combs’ $61.5 million Holmby Hills estate.

Photos presented in court show AR-15-style rifles, pistols, and pump-action shotguns placed alongside seemingly benign household items — including a bag of tortilla chips. In one room, authorities discovered more than 900 bottles of Astroglide and 200 bottles of baby oil meticulously organized in storage cabinets.

‘Freak offs’ and forced control, prosecutors allege

Prosecutors say these materials were used for sex-fueled events known internally as “freak offs,” reportedly involving escorts, ex-girlfriends, and male companions. Combs, 54, has pleaded not guilty to charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, drug distribution, and obstruction.

“He maintained control over the victims in several ways,” U.S. Attorney Damien Williams said in court, “including through video recordings used as collateral.” Though these tapes were shown to the jury, they remain sealed from public viewing.

Witnesses described the parties as tightly controlled, with Combs allegedly using ketamine to sedate and manipulate participants. One former girlfriend, referred to only as “Jane,” testified that the events often involved role play, with Diddy calling himself “Michael Jordan” while assigning basketball-themed aliases to others.

Control went beyond the bedroom, say feds

Prosecutors further allege Combs controlled housing and career access, dictated his victims’ personal appearances, and monitored their daily movements. Surveillance footage and phone records reportedly show patterns consistent with coercive behavior.

During a session where the sex tapes were played in court, Diddy was seated in a private room. Observers noted he was “licking his lips” while watching the footage, according to courtroom insiders.

Former publicist breaks silence on ‘willful blindness’

Rob Shuter, Combs’ former publicist from 2002 to 2004, has spoken out following the revelations. In a Hollywood Reporter essay, Shuter admitted he turned a blind eye to suspicious activity during his tenure.

“Keeping his secrets was part of the job,” Shuter wrote. He claimed he did not witness abuse directly but recalled seeing guns “everywhere” and overhearing calls to high-level law enforcement. Shuter now says he regrets not asking questions sooner.

The trial continues Friday. If convicted, Combs could face decades in prison. The court has issued strict restrictions on juror contact and media access as deliberations near.
