“I am honored to be with you for the ceremonial signing of the Joint Memorandum Circular. This is a welcome step forward in solidifying and harmonizing the guidelines of the many aid activities of our government agencies and offices not only during times of disasters and emergencies but also in helping many of our affected countrymen from the effects brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic,” saad ni Go sa kanyang video message.
“I acknowledge, commend, and thank all the agencies and offices involved in the AHON convergence program. Again, thank you to everyone behind this effort, for your service and dedication, in order to help our countrymen who need the help of the government,” dagdag ni Go.
“Indeed, you have not only shown but demonstrated repeatedly that it is possible for government agencies to come together, unite and pool all their manpower, resources, and programs so that government service delivery can be done in a more expeditious, holistic, and effective manner,” giit pa ng senador.
