Yanna Motovlog’s license seized, fails to surrender motorcycle

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has seized the driver’s license of Yanna Motovlog following her involvement in a viral road rage incident.

Yanna Motovlog surrendered her license on May 8 to Renante Melitante, Chief of the LTO Intelligence and Investigation Division, after a 90-day preventive suspension was imposed. However, during the second hearing, she failed to comply with the LTO’s order to surrender the motorcycle used in the incident.

The LTO confirmed that the motorcycle was not registered under Yanna’s name. Through her legal counsel, she admitted that it was owned by a friend. Authorities plan to call on the motorcycle’s registered owner to present it at the next hearing.

The LTO is expected to make a final decision soon on whether Yanna Motovlog’s driver’s license will be permanently revoked.
