PAGASA reported that as many as two or more tropical cyclones may enter or develop within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) this December.
According to the weather bureau, climatological data show that tropical cyclones are still possible during this month, with some systems potentially entering PAR without making landfall.
Meanwhile, tomorrow, Saturday, cloudy skies with scattered rain showers are expected over parts of Northern Luzon—particularly Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, Mountain Province, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya—due to the shear line.
Additionally, the northeast monsoon (amihan) will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers to the Ilocos Region, Benguet, Abra, and Batanes.
