In an en banc resolution dated September 30, the SC denied the group’s requests for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), writ of preliminary injunction, status quo ante order, and motion for a special raffle.

With the denial of the appeal, Comelec’s ruling to cancel the party-list’s registration will stand.
