Paulo Avelino has sparked buzz online after sharing a cryptic post on X amid the controversy involving Kim Chiu’s sibling, Lakam Chiu.
In his post on Thursday, September 24, Paulo wrote, “I don’t think people understand the value of the ‘amount’ stolen.”
The actor went on to emphasize the impact of losing such a huge amount of money, saying it could potentially change someone’s life and mean losing the future they had envisioned.
Paulo then ended his post with, “Sa company pa lang yan. Pano pa kaya sa….”
The message quickly caught the attention of KimPau fans, who interpreted it as a possible show of support for Kim as she deals with the controversy surrounding her sibling.
Lakam was arrested by members of the Quezon City Police District in Mandaluyong City on September 20 over 124 counts of qualified theft filed by Kim.
