Based on the 4:00 am November 9 advisory of the state weather bureau PAGASA, the LPA is located 1,170 kilometers East of Southern Luzon and is now within the PAR.
If it becomes a tropical cyclone it will be called by the local name Nika.
Typhoon Yinxing, named Marce, has left the PAR and is currently 500 kilometers West of Laoag City. The storm has maximum sustained winds of 155 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 190 kilometers per hour.
The storm has no effect on the Philippines, but easterlies and localized thunderstorms will bring cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms across the country.
According to PAGASA another LPA was spotted at 2870 kilometers East Northeast of Mindanao but has little chance of becoming a typhoon in the next 24 hours.
