Nag-isyu ng subpoena ad testificandum ang House good government and public accountability committee sa anim na opisyal mula sa Office of the Vice President (OVP) dahil sa hindi nito pagsipot sa imbestigasyon hinggil sa kung paano ginamit ang budget ng opisina, kabilang na ang confidential funds.
Ang anim na opisyal ay sina:
Chief-of-staff Zuleika Lopez,
Lawyer Lemuel Ortonio,
Lawyer Rosalynne Sanchez,
Gina Acosta,
Julieta Villadelrey, and
Edward Fajarda
Maliban dito, naggawa na rin ng mosyon para mag-isyu ng Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) si committee chairman Manila Representative Joel Chua laban sa anim, sa tulong ng Bureau of Immigration at Justice department.
Samantala, dumepensa naman ang OVP, at sinabing hindi sila dumalo sa House probe dahil naibigay na umano ng mga ito ang kinakailangang data sa budget deliberations ng Committee on Appropriations.
