Community pantry set up in QC for drivers and riders

Community organizer Ana Patricia Non has revived the spirit of bayanihan through the establishment of a community pantry in Quezon City.

This time, the pantry aims to support drivers and delivery riders amid soaring fuel prices and a series of transport strikes.

The pantry is located at the corner of Maginhawa and Magiting Streets.

At the same time, the public is encouraged to donate any form of assistance for the affected sector.

To ensure an organized system, organizers continue to promote the principle: “magbigay ayon sa kakayahan, kumuha batay sa pangangailangan” (give according to your means, take according to your needs).

Ana Patricia Non, also known as “Patreng Non,” first gained recognition on social media after launching a community pantry in Quezon City during the height of the pandemic.
