Meralco Bolts guard CJ Cansino and longtime partner Aliana Dolina are officially engaged after nine years of being together.
The 26-year-old PBA player shared the happy news on social media, posting sweet snaps from his romantic seaside proposal to Dolina.
The couple was seen wearing matching white outfits as they celebrated the special milestone in their relationship.
Cansino and Dolina first crossed paths as student-athletes and eventually became high school sweethearts during their years at the University of Santo Tomas.
From young love to building a relationship that lasted nearly a decade, the couple has remained together through the different chapters of Cansino’s basketball career.
Cansino later continued his collegiate basketball journey with the University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons before making his way to the professional ranks.
His basketball career eventually led him to the PBA, where he now plays for the Meralco Bolts.
Throughout the years, Dolina has also been a familiar presence in Cansino’s journey, supporting him both on and off the court.
Now, after nine years of love and growing together, the longtime sweethearts are ready to begin another chapter—not just as boyfriend and girlfriend, but as future husband and wife.
