Philippine representative Asia Rose Simpson has secured a spot in the Top 40 of Miss World after winning the Asia and Oceania region in the Head-to-Head Challenge.
Simpson’s achievement quickly drew praise from Filipino pageant fans, who lauded her confidence, strong answers, and advocacy throughout the competition.
During the Head-to-Head Challenge, Simpson was asked about the importance of preserving culture and traditions amid the rapid changes brought by modern times.
She highlighted the importance of remembering one’s roots and keeping the spirit of “bayanihan,” a Filipino value centered on unity and helping one another.
Following her victory, Simpson expressed her gratitude to everyone who has supported her Miss World journey and vowed to use the international stage to inspire others.
With her Top 40 qualification secured, all eyes are now on Simpson as she continues her quest for the Miss World crown at the grand finale in Vietnam.
