Vitaly Zdorovetskiy may be brought back to the PH if proven involved in corruption

Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla said that the Philippines may bring back Russian vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy if it is established that he was indeed involved in corruption.

Remulla made the statement in an interview following Vitaly’s deportation.

According to the interior secretary, the country can have the vlogger returned if authorities are able to establish his involvement in corrupt activities.

At the same time, Remulla clarified that Vitaly was detained under the custody of the Bureau of Immigration, and not the Department of the Interior and Local Government.

It can be recalled that after his deportation, the vlogger shared his experience inside a detention facility in the Philippines.

Among his claims was that he was able to sneak in a cellphone after bribing facility guards.
