A 40-year-old father was shot dead while constructing his cousin’s house in Sitio Pisak, Sibiktul, Barangay Arena Blanco, Zamboanga City.
Police identified the victim as Talsali, who was working on the residential project when three unidentified suspects suddenly arrived there.
