LEGAZPI CITY- Inihahanda ang Implementasyon ng Department of Social Welfare Development-Bicol (DSWD-5) sa Full Devolution sa Social Welfare Services sa mga Local Government Unit (LGU) sa Rehiyon.
Sa isinagawang State of the Region Address noong huwebes sinabi ni Regional Director Leo Quintilla na nakilala na ang walong mga programa at serbisyo na ibibigay sa local government unit.
Ayon sa tanggapan ang walong welfare services at serbisyo na ibibigay sa local government unit ay ang supplementary feeding program, assistance to persons with disabilities, comprehensive program for street children, Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (Kalahi-CIDSS) at marami pang programa.
