The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has officially released a certificate of finality and entry of judgment confirming the disqualification of the Duterte Youth party-list.
According to COMELEC Chairperson George Erwin Garcia, the issuance came after the 30-day period for finality lapsed without any temporary restraining order (TRO) from the Supreme Court.

With this, the Clerk of the Commission proceeded to issue the entry of judgment and certificate of finality.
Meanwhile, Garcia noted that they have yet to deliberate on what will happen to the three seats that will be vacated by the disqualified party-list group.
