Student dies from stray bullet in Panabo City

The family of 19-year-old Jade Sumambot, a second-year college student, is seeking justice after his tragic death from a stray bullet during New Year’s celebrations.

Jade, a resident of Barangay New Visayas, Panabo City, was struck by a stray bullet on the forehead while welcoming the New Year. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries on January 2, leaving his family and friends devastated.
