Meanwhile, Bureau of Immigration spokesperson Dana Sandoval said there is currently no record showing that dela Rosa boarded any flight departing the Philippines.

This came amid online speculation claiming that the senator had escaped from the Senate and was allegedly seen at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Sandoval, however, admitted that the Bureau of Immigration could not provide information regarding any possible domestic travel by dela Rosa.
