The annual report also showed that the office recorded an 81% disbursement rate, which it said reflected the effective implementation of its projects and the proper use of public funds.

The report highlighted the OVP’s efforts to allocate its budget to priority activities while maintaining oversight of expenditures.
The office also cited its financial management practices as key factors behind its reported budget utilization and disbursement performance.
In addition to its 2025 financial report, the OVP noted that it received a “Very Satisfactory” rating from the Department of Budget and Management during the agency’s annual performance evaluation in 2024.
The rating was based on the department’s assessment of the OVP’s performance as part of its regular evaluation of government agencies.
The OVP said the reported figures reflect its implementation of programs and financial management during the 2025 fiscal year.
