BNFM Bicol- ISINAGAWA ng Department of Social Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Bicol ang National Training Program on Training for Trainers (TOT) for Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM) and Internally Displaced Person (IDP) Protection nitong Hunyo 23 hanggang 28 sa syudad ng Legazpi, Albay.
Inilaan ang five-day training na ito partikular sa Local Social Welfare and Development Officers (LSWDO) at Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Officers (LDRRMO) at mga tauhan nito sa Bicol kasama ang DSWD Bicol Social Welfare and Development (SWAD) offices kung saan nakafocus sa pagbibigay ng kakayahan pang-camp management ang mga dumalong trainers mula sa iba’t ibang ahesnya.
Kabilang sa mga aktibidad ng programang ito ang mga panayam patungkol sa Disaster Response and Risk Reduction framework, mga kaakibat na batas at polisiya para sa proteksyon ng IDPs, humanitarian laws and standards, camp management, information management, at preparasyon para sa early recovery. # # # Nico Merciales, Intern
