Maliban sa naunang proposed na risk at audit committee, dinagdagan nila ito ng corporate governance and ethics; nomination and remuneration; related party transaction; at investment committee.
Kaya lahat daw ng major decisions sa MIF ay dadaan sa mga nabanggit na committee and board committees.
