Nagpalabas na ng memorandum si Mayor Tom Bongalonta ukol sa maaaring gawin ng mga school heads. Halimbawa nito ang pag konsidera sa in-person classes at work suspension. Kung maaari aniya iwasan na muna ang mga outdoor activities. Sinabi pa nito sa Brigada News FM Naga na nakadepende na sa school heads ang modality ng edukasyon.
Ang hakbang ay nakaangkla sa DepEd Order 037, series of 2022 ng Department of Education o ang Guidelines on the Cancellation or Suspension of Classes and Work in Schools in the Event of Natural Disasters, Power Outages/Power Interruptions and Other Calamities.
