Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa revealed that she had already given up on finding love when her non-showbiz fiancé, Emil Eriksen, unexpectedly came into her life.
The beauty queen shared that she had stopped looking for a relationship before meeting Eriksen, whom she described as someone who arrived at just the right time.
According to Kylie, sometimes, love finds you when you have already decided to stop searching for it.
The couple first met through a common friend and eventually started dating. After three years together, they got engaged.
Kylie said her relationship with Eriksen has opened her world to new experiences and inspired her to pursue things that contribute to her personal growth.
The couple is now preparing to tie the knot next year.
Aside from acting, Kylie currently works as the creative director of shapewear brand Sola and also hosts her own podcast.
