Influencers challenge House probe on fake news

Despite the petition, Rep. Dan Fernandez, overall chair of the Tri-Committee, asserted that the investigation will continue. He emphasized that fake news-related activities contribute to what he calls the “weaponization of social media.”

The Supreme Court has yet to issue a decision on the matter.
