According to the disclosure, the evidence concerns incidents of deaths allegedly linked to Duterte’s anti-drug campaign. These include barangay-level operations, operations involving high-value targets and incidents associated with the Davao Death Squad.

The latest batch adds to evidence previously submitted by the prosecution to Duterte’s legal team as the ICC case continues.

The prosecution’s disclosure gives Duterte’s defense team access to thousands of materials as the proceedings move forward. The evidence includes both materials considered incriminating and a smaller number that could potentially support the former president’s side.
