After several weeks of silence, it has been confirmed that the relationship between former couple Fumiya Sankai and Kate Valdez will not make it to Valentine’s Day.
The two announced their split through a joint official breakup statement posted on their respective Instagram Stories.
Rumors of their breakup had already been circulating prior to the announcement.
In their statement, they said that the decision to part ways was mutual and made with respect, understanding, and care for one another.
The former couple believes that their separation is an important step for their personal growth.
They also clarified that there is no bitterness between them, only gratitude for the moments they shared together.
Kate and Fumiya asked for the public’s understanding and urged everyone to avoid hate and hurtful words.
The two thanked their fans for their continued love and support.
