Kinumpirma ni House Secretary General Reginald Velasco na dadalo ang dating punong ehekutibo at dating pangulo na si Rodrigo Duterte sa gaganaping State of the Nation Address (SONA) ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. sa darating na ika-24 Hulyo.

Sinabi ni Velasco na dadalo ang dating Pangulo kasama ang kanyang anak na si Vice President Sara Dutert ngunit wala pa rin itong malinaw na paliwanag kung magiging magkatabi sa upuan ang dalawa sa VIP Gallery.

Nauna nang sinabi ni Velasco na ang VIP gallery ay nakareserba para sa former Presidents at Vice Presidents, former First Ladies, maging sa mga former Senate Presidents at ex-Speakers, members of the Diplomatic Corps, bisita ng First Family, Senate President, at Speaker.
