Controlling inflation, or the rising prices of goods, remains a major concern for many Filipinos, according to the latest survey by Pulse Asia.
Results of the survey showed that 59% of respondents identified it as the most urgent issue that the government should address.
This was followed by graft and corruption in government, cited by 47% of respondents, while concerns over workers’ wages ranked third with 36%.
Other issues mentioned by respondents include reducing poverty, creating more jobs, combating illegal drugs, and addressing criminality.
The survey was conducted from February 27 to March 2, 2026, through face-to-face interviews with 1,200 respondents aged 18 and above across different parts of the country.
