Muling binuksan ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ang aplikasyon para sa consolidation sa ilalim ng Public Transport Modernization Program (PTMP).

Ayon kay LTFRB Chairperson Teofilo Guadiz III, ang mga unconsolidated public utility vehicle drivers and operators ay maaari nang mag-file ng aplikasyon para sa PTMP.

Binuksan umano nila ito sa loob ng 45 araw alinsunod sa request ng Senado.
