The Commission on Elections (Comelec) is continuing its preparations for the upcoming special elections in the 2nd District of Antipolo City scheduled on March 14.
In a social media post, Comelec said that the voting process for the special polls will be conducted manually.
According to the poll body, no Automated Election System (AES) will be used during the voting.
Because of this, the agency reminded voters to write clearly and properly the name of the candidate they wish to elect on their ballots.
After filling out the ballot, voters should fold it properly and drop it into the official ballot box.
Voting hours will run from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on election day.
