Alas Pilipinas opposite spiker Alyssa Solomon is set to take her talents to Thailand after signing with reigning Thailand Volleyball League champions Nakhon Ratchasima 3M Films.
The former National University standout is expected to strengthen the powerhouse club as it looks to defend its league title.
Solomon becomes the third Filipina to suit up for Nakhon Ratchasima, following middle blocker Celine Domingo and opposite spiker Mylene Paat, who played for the club during the 2021–2022 season.
The move marks another international stint for Solomon, who previously played as an import for Japan’s Osaka Marvelous in the Japan V.League before returning to the Philippines to join Alas Pilipinas’ preparations for international competitions.
Solomon has also established herself as one of the country’s top opposite spikers, earning multiple Best Opposite Spiker honors in the SEA V.League while representing the national team.
