Hiniling ni Presidential adviser for entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion na maluwagan ang mga restriksyon sa Metro Manila sa Alert Level 2 o 3 status.

Ipinaliwanag ni Concepcion na dahil ito sa downward trend ng COVID-19 cases sa rehiyon.
