Actor and television host Vhong Navarro will continue to pursue all available legal remedies following the possible release of Deniece Cornejo and Cedric Lee.
According to Navarro’s counsel, Atty. Alma Mallonga, her client continues to trust the Philippine justice system despite the challenges and shortcomings it faces.
Navarro’s camp maintained that they believe the truth will eventually come to light and justice will prevail through due process.
They also said they will continue to monitor the succeeding legal proceedings related to the case.
It may be recalled that Cornejo, Lee, and other individuals involved in the case were previously sentenced to up to 40 years in prison.
