Buy-Bust in Sangali nets suspected drug pusher

Police operatives arrested a 25-year-old suspected drug pusher during a buy-bust operation in Purok 3, Barangay Sangali on April 20.

Personnel from Police Station 3 Sangali led the operation, with support from Regional Mobile Force Battalion 9 ensuring coordinated enforcement actions.

Authorities identified the suspect as alias “Tinay,” a resident of Sitio Malasugat, Barangay Sangali, following prior surveillance and intelligence validation.

During the operation, officers seized two sealed plastic sachets containing suspected illegal drugs weighing approximately two grams from the suspect.

Police estimated the confiscated substances at thirteen thousand six hundred pesos, based on current street value and standard drug enforcement valuation guidelines.

Operatives also recovered two hundred pesos marked money used in the transaction, strengthening evidence against the suspect for filing charges.

Authorities immediately secured the suspect, informed him of his legal rights, and transported him to Police Station 3 Sangali for processing.

Investigators are now preparing documents required to formally file criminal charges in court as part of standard legal procedures.
