Nakumpleto na ang five-subproject sa Itbayat Batanes sa ilalim ng Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan – Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) ng Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 2.
Kinabibilangan ito ng pagbili ng Two-Unit Public Address System and Communication Device ng Barangay San Rafael; pagbili ng Public Address System and Communication Device with ICT Equipment ng Barangay Sta. Lucia at Sta. Rosa; pagbili ng Basic Commodities for Emergency Bucket at iba pang kailangan sa disaster preparedness ng Barangay Raele; at Concreting of Barangay Access Road sa Sitio Payuha ng Barangay Sta. Maria.
Ang Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services National Community – Driven Development Program (KALAHI CIDSS – NCDDP) ay isang programa ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) na tumutugon sa mga pangangailangan ng mahihirap na komunidad sa pamamagitan ng bayanihan.
