During the ceremony, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Eva Dollosa challenged the promoted teachers to become sources of strength and inspiration in their respective schools.

“As promoted teachers, be the anchor—not the anchor weight. Let your work create a meaningful impact on the lives of our learners,” Dollosa said.

Schools Division Superintendent Ferdinand S. Sy, CESO VI, meanwhile, emphasized that promotion carries a greater responsibility beyond personal achievement.

“Promotion is a fountain not only of intelligence but also of values in the community,” Sy said, urging educators to use their positions to help shape both learners and society.
