Arestado ng pulisya si Kevin Tony Abina Abreu, 21 anyos ng Brgy. Concepcion, Busuanga, Palawan nitong Miyerkoles, March 29, 2023.
Ang suspek ay Most Wanted (Rank No. 5, Regional Level) dahil sa kasong Rape by Carnal Knowledge in relation to R.A. 7610 and R.A. 11648 (9 counts) na walang piyansa.
Ayon sa Palawan Provincial Police Office, inaresto si Kevin sa Joint operation ng Busuanga MPS, RIU4b-PIT Palawan, 1st PMFC Palawan PPO, PIU Palawan PPO, PIDMU, Palawan PPO, HPT-Palawan, and 2nd SOU PNP bitbit ang arrest warrant na pirmado ni Judge Arnel P. Cezar, RTC 4th Judicial Region Br 163 Coron, Palawan.
Ang suspek ay nasa kustodiya ng Busuanga Municipal Police Station.
