VP Sara: my service record is clean

Vice President Sara Duterte maintained that her service record is clean.

This came after former senator Antonio Trillanes IV reiterated his claim during the House justice panel’s impeachment hearing deliberations that Duterte and some members of her family allegedly received ₱181 million from a supposed drug lord.

In a statement, Duterte said Trillanes has been pushing the same allegation since 2016.

She added that the only difference now is the supposed “machinery” backing him.

Duterte dismissed the accusations as “paninira”.

She also asserted that all her assets and finances have been declared in her Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN), with every cent coming from legitimate sources and supported by proper documentation.
