Voyages in Southern Cebu suspended due to Tropical Depression Verbena

The Coast Guard Station Southern Cebu has announced the temporary suspension of voyages of vessels and watercraft within its area of responsibility due to Tropical Depression Verbena.

According to the station’s advisory, the measure aims to prevent any maritime accidents.

Voyages may be allowed along Main Supply Routes and Special Areas, but only under the conditions set by the “Revised Guidelines on the Movement of Vessels During Heavy Weather.”

Additionally, all vessel operators have been instructed to move to the nearest port and refrain from sailing while the weather remains unfavorable.
