TikToker cries after encounter with rude BIR employee in Novaliches

A TikTok user went viral after sharing her emotional experience with a disrespectful employee at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Novaliches Office.

The woman visited the office to personally process her Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) due to an issue with her online application.

However, she said the employee appeared irritated when she asked clarifying questions, making her feel belittled and unwelcome.

The encounter left her in tears as she filmed herself describing the emotional distress caused by the staff’s tone and attitude toward her concerns.

In a follow-up post, the woman explained that the employee constantly spoke in English with sarcasm, as if mocking her understanding.

She recalled that when she tried to address the behavior, the employee allegedly raised her voice and claimed that the taxpayer had “no right” to call her out.

The TikToker expressed frustration over how difficult it is for ordinary citizens to seek assistance without being humiliated.
