Three killed in Bukidnon highway crash after speeding vehicle hits turning motorcycle

Three people were killed while another remained hospitalized following a road crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle along Sayre Highway in Purok 2-B, Panadtalan, Maramag, Bukidnon, on July 27.

Police said the collision happened at about 2:40 p.m. and involved a motorcycle driven by a 33-year-old man with his 3-year-old male passenger, and another vehicle driven by a 67-year-old man with two passengers.

Initial investigation showed both vehicles were traveling in the same direction. The motorcycle was ahead and was negotiating a slow right turn with its turn signal activated when it was struck from behind by the other vehicle, which police said was traveling at a high rate of speed.
