Teen found dead in aklan creek after brutal attack

A 14-year-old girl was found lifeless, floating in a creek in Barangay Unidos, Nabas, Aklan. Police confirmed that the victim had been brutally attacked, with authorities citing an autopsy revealing that her head had been struck with a hard object.

In an interview with Brigada Kalibo, Police Major Anthony Gesulga, officer-in-charge of the Nabas Municipal Police Station, stated that two persons of interest are currently under investigation, along with a witness.

Gesulga vowed to ensure the swift resolution of the case, stressing the heinous nature of the crime.

To encourage tips, the victim’s family, along with generous donations from local residents, has raised a reward of P40,000. This reward is being offered for information that leads to the identification of those responsible for the brutal attack.
