A public school head in Kalamansig, Sultan Kudarat, was arrested for allegedly selling illegal drugs during a buy-bust operation on the night of March 15, 2025.
The suspect, identified as “Alias George,” 37, serves as the teacher-in-charge of a local school. He was caught selling suspected shabu in an operation led by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Sultan Kudarat.
Authorities seized suspected shabu worth PHP 26,000, marked money, and a cellphone believed to be used for illegal drug transactions.
Alias George is now detained and faces charges for violating Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Investigators continue to determine if the suspect had accomplices in the illegal drug trade.
