Magsisimula ang plenary deliberations ngayong 10:00 ng umaga na sisimulan ng sponsorship speech ni House Committee on Appropriations Chairman Elizaldy Co at debate ukol sa general principles at budget ng Department of Finance, Department of Jusrice at National Economic and Development Authority.
Bukas ay sasalang naman ang Office of the Ombudsman, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, Department of the Interior and Local Government, Department of Tourism at Department of Labor and Employment.
Susundan ito kinabukasan ng Commission on Elections, Department of Agrarian Reform, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Trade and Industry at ilang executive offices at state colleges and universities.
May mga ahensya ring nakasalang sa plenary debates pagdating ng Huwebes at Biyernes at ang kontrobersyal na Office of the Vice President ay naka-schedule naman sa September 23, araw ng Lunes.
Target ng Kamara na maaprubahan ang 2025 General Appropriations Bill sa ikatlo at huling pagbasa sa September 25 matapos sumalang ang DPWH, Office of the President at Kongreso.
Sa araw din na iyon ay isasagawa ang period of amendments at ang “turno en contra” o remarks against the spending proposal.
