Quezon City 2nd District Rep. Ralph Tulfo issued a public apology after his convoy was caught illegally using the EDSA Busway on January 23.
In a statement, Tulfo acknowledged his mistake and apologized for the violation. He confirmed that he had already paid the fine and would also attend a required seminar.
Despite the controversy, Tulfo maintained that he did not use his name or position during the incident.
Meanwhile, his father, Sen. Raffy Tulfo, admitted to the public that the violation occurred. The senator also revealed that he had reprimanded his son over the matter.
