Authorities are offering a P100,000 reward per suspect for any information leading to the arrest of five remaining individuals involved in the pawnshop robbery along Ilustre Street, Davao City, on February 26, 2025.
The Davao City Police Office (DCPO), in coordination with Police Regional Office 11, confirmed that the suspects have been identified, and an intensive manhunt operation is underway.
Meanwhile, one suspect has been arrested. Police identified him as Jonny Bulawan, a native of Albuera, Leyte. He was caught at Bankerohan Public Market after his group’s getaway motorcycle malfunctioned, forcing him to flee on foot.
Authorities seized several items from Bulawan, including an M16 rifle, a 9mm pistol, ammunition, and jewelry valued between P40 million and P100 million. His two accomplices, however, managed to escape.
The DCPO is calling on the public to report any information that could lead to the arrest of the remaining suspects. Informants can contact the nearest police station or reach out through the designated police hotlines.
Police assured that all leads will be handled with confidentiality as they intensify efforts to bring all suspects to justice.
